Our Story

A Taste of Home and Adventure

A family Nigerian kitchen in Winnipeg, sharing the food we grew up on.

How It Started

From a Mother's Recipe to Winnipeg

OddySamm's started the way the best things do: with a mother's recipe, a family table, and an unstoppable urge to share. We packed our spices, our secrets, and our deep love for Nigerian food and brought it across the ocean to Winnipeg.

We are a takeout restaurant and catering business dedicated to making your events unforgettable through delicious, high-quality food. Whether it's a party, a family meal, or your weekly dining plan, we make every bite memorable.

Our kitchen on Lowson Crescent cooks the dishes Nigerians miss most when they move abroad: smoky party jollof, pounded yam with rich soups, suya grilled with our own yaji spice, and asun with real heat. For Winnipeggers trying Nigerian food for the first time, it's the best possible introduction.

From daily orders to large celebrations, you can count on us for fresh flavours, neat packaging, generous portions and seamless service.
